Catering Contract
Terms and Conditions:
Payment
Final payment for catering services are due seven
(7) days prior to the event
date. Back Porch accepts cash, Visa, Master Card, or company
checks. No personal checks
are accepted {money orders, cashiers check are acceptable}.
Guaranteed Guest Count
The client is responsible to specify
guaranteed guest count seven
(7) business days prior to the event. We are not responsible
for additional attendance. Minimum number of guests is 30.
Gratuity
We believe the client should make the determination
whether to give a gratuity
or not. We suggest an industry standard of 16 %. You make your
own determination as to
how much you wish to give based on our professional, friendly,
and timely service.
Cancellation
Notice shall be given no less than seven (7)
days prior to the event to
receive 50% refund of deposit. No refund if less than 7 days notice.
Trash
Client is responsible for all receptacles, trash bags
(for guests only) etc.
All meats are slow cooked.
All food is served with Southern Hospitality!
